As an Optometrist, I have worked with eyes for over 30 years. With the constantly changing environment in all medical disciplines, I chose to expand my life endeavors to include other passions. I have added the services of Permanent Makeup, Paramedical Tattoos, and Skin Rejuvenation.
With requests from numerous patients, this relatively new and rising demand in the beauty world is a perfect fit for a doctor who desires to do more than just routine general practice.
Delicate work required in 3D areolas, eye-liner, brow enhancement, lips, and tattoo removal, gives me a venue to combine my expertise and artistic expression.

Dr. Miller sold her private optometry practice of 10 years to move here with her husband and two boys in 2005. “I love the grand valley and the majesty of the Colorado National Monument.” It has been home for the family for over 16 years now. As a child, her family moved constantly and it has been a joy to be able to truly call a place “HOME”.
On her days off, you would likely find Dr. Miller in her quilt loft. In fact, in 2014, she opened a quilt store right here in Grand Junction called Busy Bea Quilters. After buying her partner out in 2016, the name was changed to Owls Nest Quilters. Those who know about Dr. Miller know of her love for owls. The quilt store remains today as Owls Nest Quilters under new ownership since 2019.
